Flann O’Brien is one of Irelands great writers, but he is hardly known outside Dublin. Well why not try and catch up with a great Flann O’Brien novel like At Swim Two Birds or The Third Policeman while having a great Dublin whiskey like Palace Bar 12 at The Palace Bar on Fleet St. Flann himself sat in this very bar writing some of his articles for the Irish Times newspaper and some of his great works were inspired by characters he probably saw here every night.
