Hyde No.5 Burgundy finish is matured in US ex-bourbon casks for 6 years and then is finished in French Ex-Burgundy red wine oak casks from the Côte d’Or for a further 9 months. This leads to a wonderfully ruby-red colour in the Hyde No.5 Single Grain.

Triple distilled, non-chill filtered and bottled at 43%.
