WHAT WILL YOU TASTE?

WHISKEY
We have a selection that was picked with the best in the business. Our main Irish whiskey expert Fionnan O’Connor, actually wrote the book on Irish Whiskey – ‘A Glass Apart’. We have beautiful malts, robust grain whiskey and Ireland’s very own pot still whiskey. Read more about our whiskey here.
CHEESE
We use a selection of handmade Irish cheeses on our tours. The two most prominent are Coolea and Cais na Tire. Both are small-scale artisan cheeses picked by our cheese experts at Sheridan’s of Dublin – who have been supplying Dublin restaurants for over 30 years.
CHOCOLATE
Our chocolate are handmade by the chocolatiers at Cocoa Atelier. Each chocolate you taste will complement & contrast the Irish whiskey you are tasting. We only use high content cocoa chocolate, as milder varieties would be masked by the whiskeys strong flavours. Some of our favourites include Yuzi & Rose Raspberry.
FRUIT & CRACKERS
We use fruit to cleanse the palate after each Irish whiskey and also to complement the fruity tastes in the whiskeys. Irish Linseed & Rye crackers are served to add some texture to the whiskey tasting.
