The Dingle Whiskey Bar was set up to showcase all that is great about Irish Whiskey. Having its own distillery has helped a little too. Friendly staff and a great whiskey selection make this the perfect whiskey venue. 2018 Gold Medal Winner at the Irish Whiskey Awards.
Our first bar on our Tasting, Premium & Deluxe Experiences – here we sample Jameson Caskmates, Writers Tears & Teeling Single Grain.
BOWES WHISKEY BAR
Bowes Whiskey Bar is nestled down a side street off D’Olier Street. Hard to find, but this hidden gem is worth every step you take to get there. Bowes excellent staff reside over one of the best whiskey selections in the country. Winner of Irish Whiskey Bar 2019.
This is the second bar we visit on our Tasting Experience – here we sample Green Spot Single Pot Still Whiskey.
THE PALACE BAR
The Palace Bar is the original whiskey bar in Dublin. Opened in 1832 and still going strong. Willie Aherne runs the bar now and he has offered sage advice and friendly help to us here at Dublin Whiskey Tours. 2018 Gold Medal Winner at the Irish Whiskey Awards.
This is the final bar we visit on our Tasting Experience – here we sample Knappogue 12 Single Malt Whiskey.
LINCOLN’S INN
The Lincolns Inn is a Victorian bar on the edge of Georgian Dublin with a style and atmosphere all of its own. This is our venue where we pair our food & whiskey experiences. It has the right mix of cosy Dublin and is tied to James Joyces history.
This is the final bar we visit on our Premium & Deluxe Experiences – here we sample Green Spot – Knappogue 12 – Bushmills 16 & Redbreast 15.
